What is the minimum age to Rent a Jetski?
Driver & Passenger Requirements

🌊 Freedom Rentals: Primary renter/driver must be 25 years of age or older.

🐬 Private Guided Adventure Tours: Drivers must be 16 years of age or older with parent or legal guardian permission and must meet all applicable Florida boating requirements.

👧 Passengers: Children must be 5 years of age or older to ride.

👨👩👧 Parents/Guardians: Participation of children is at the parent or legal guardian's discretion based on the child's comfort level and ability to safely enjoy the experience.
Who needs a boating safety education ID card in order to rent a Jetski?
Florida law states if you were born ON OR AFTER Jan 1, 1988, and do not currently hold a boater's license, you are required to possess a boater's safety card. Ensure compliance by obtaining your temporary certificate. Click Link below to get yours today!

Cancellation policies
Cancellation & Payment Policy (Without Trip Protection)
The following policy applies to all reservations without Trip Protection.
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file on the day of your Rental.
Cancel 72 hours or more before your scheduled reservation for a full refund.
If It's Jet Ski Time cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen operational circumstances, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.
No refunds or credits will be issued for:

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your reservation.

No-shows.

Failure to meet age, licensing, or participation requirements.

Changes or cancellations requested after the cancellation window has expired.
Trip Protection
Trip Protection (Highly Recommended)
Add Trip Protection at checkout for extra peace of mind.
With Trip Protection, you may cancel or modify your reservation for any reason up to 1 hour before your activity and receive a full refund, minus the Trip Protection fee and any applicable processing fees.
Trip Protection includes one rebooking only. Once a reservation has been rebooked using Trip Protection, no additional rebookings, cancellations, or refunds are permitted under the Trip Protection plan.
How Many Passengers can the Jetski hold?
Our top-of-the-line 3-seater jet skis have a maximum weight capacity of 475 lbs. To ensure the best riding experience, we permit a maximum of two adults or one adult with two children (age 10 or younger) per jet ski. This configuration ensures optimal balance and control for an enjoyable and memorable time on the water!
Is There Any Dry Storage on the Jetski?
Absolutely! Our jetskis are equipped with ample dry storage compartments to safely store your personal belongings, such as cell phones, wallets, keys, drinks, towels, and anything else you need to keep dry while enjoying your ride on the water. So, you can focus on having a fantastic time without worrying about your belongings getting wet.
